No account is required. We install no analytics, advertising pixels or social media widgets. Fonts and photographs are hosted with the site. The hosting provider may process technical connection data, including IP addresses, for operation and security; the publisher must confirm its log-retention periods.

Contact messages

The form stores the subject, message, optional name and email, date and reference number. These details are used to examine your request and, if possible, reply. They are not sold or forwarded to the museum. The application file is protected outside the public directory. Messages older than 90 days are removed when requests are processed.

Privacy choices

Language is kept in the URL without a language cookie. Contact uses a temporary session cookie to protect the form. Only if you choose to save it does the browser retain your privacy preference, for up to six months. No advertising consent is requested because no tracked advertising is installed.

Your requests and rights

Use the privacy category of the contact form to request access, correction or deletion of a message, quoting its reference. Proportionate identity verification may be needed. Depending on applicable law, you may also contact your data protection authority. The publisher’s legal identity and contact details must be completed before final public operation.

Hosting infrastructure

Cloudflare protection infrastructure may add the technical __cf_bm cookie to distinguish automated traffic, typically for 30 minutes. In the embedded preview environment, the platform may also adapt the session cookie attributes to SameSite=None, Secure and Partitioned. These infrastructure mechanisms are not advertising tools installed by this guide. The publisher must verify the actual settings of the chosen hosting provider.
